How Do I Get Started?

During your annual open enrollment period, determine how much money you need to set aside. Be conservative in your estimates because of the “use it or lose it” rule. Your employer deducts that amount from your pay on a pre-tax basis in equal amounts throughout the year. 3. Submit Claim
