Flexible Spending Accounts: Employee

How Do I Get Started?

Opening and using a Flexible Spending Account is easy. AdminUSA is committed to making the plan with three simple steps.

1. Determine the Amount of Money
During your annual open enrollment period, determine how much money you need to set aside. Be conservative in your estimates because of the “use it or lose it” rule. Your employer deducts that amount from your pay on a pre-tax basis in equal amounts throughout the year. For example, if you’re paid 52 times a year and you elect to contribute $1,040 you would have $20 deducted from each paycheck and credited to your FSA account.

2. Enroll
Complete the enclosed enrollment form as well as any additional forms such as the dependent care form and/or direct deposit form. AdminUSA offers the value-added service of direct deposit of your reimbursement into your personal checking or savings account so sign up today and get your money even faster!

3. Submit Claim
When you have eligible expenses submit a claim for reimbursement with appropriate documentation and AdminUSA will reimburse you in the manner which you are set up.
